Programme Overview

The Bakery and Food Processing programme at YIBS is designed to provide students with hands-on and industry-relevant training in the science and art of food transformation. Students gain both technical and managerial knowledge, covering food hygiene, nutrition, food safety laws, product development, and quality control, with a special focus on bakery products and processed foods adapted to local and global markets.
