The Project Management programme at YIBS is designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to plan, execute, and manage projects effectively in various sectors. With the increasing need for organised and results-driven operations in today’s fast-paced business environment, this programme prepares students to become competent project leaders capable of delivering value across diverse industries.
